Rules, Terms and Conditions of “Masti Idols of Pune ” Contest

1. The “…Masti Idols of Pune ……………..” contest is organized by Wonder leisure & entertainment & Yahoo Web Services India Private Limited, Mumbai (“ Organizers”)

2. Participation in Contest is purely voluntary. There is no participation fee.

3. Contest shall be open from 00:00 hours on 22nd Sept 2006 upto 00:00 hours on 30 th September 2006 ("Contest Period"). Entries received after 00:00 hours on 30 th Sept 2006…shall not be considered. Organizers shall not be responsible for delayed, lost, mutilated, corrupted or illegible entries.

4. Names of Winners at various rounds of selection shall be posted on Organiser’s website which will be on Pune Special on www.yahoo.co.in on 2 nd , 4 th & 6 th Oct . 2006. Winners shall also be informed individually by letters / emails sent through courier and/or on telephone or mobile phone. Winners must revert to Organizers by 6 th Sept 2006, failing which Winner/s shall forfeit their Prizes. Organizers shall not be liable for delayed, lost or misdirected winning-letters or communications.

5.Organizers’ decision in regard to Winners shall be final and binding. No communication or objection shall be entertained in this regard.

6. Prizes received under Contest shall not be transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or otherwise. Prizes cannot be substituted for other articles or gifts.

7. Names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail identities and/or photographs of Winners or participants may be used by Organizers at their sole discretion for sending out commercial information and/or for other commercial, publicity or promotional purposes. Winners who do not wish to receive such information may select such option on Website or clearly indicate so in a communication sent to Organizers by recorded delivery.

8. Organizers shall not be responsible for any cost, expense or other liability whatsoever in relation to, arising from or connected with Prizes. Organizers shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, damage or other consequence whatsoever arising from, suffered or incurred by Winner from or in relation to Prizes.

9 .Organizers offer no guarantee or warranty in respect of any of the prizes. The manufacturers, services providers, supplier of the Prizes alone shall be liable for any guarantee or warranty, if any.

10. All costs and expenses for collecting, redeeming or utilizing the Prize/s will be borne by the respective Winner and no claim of whatsoever nature will be entertained by the Organisers in this regard. Apart from the entitlement to the prize, the winner or his/her legal heirs will have no other rights or claims against Yahoo! India.

11. Organizers reserve the right to modify, cancel, extend and/or discontinue Contest or any prizes without assigning any reason or giving prior notice. Information regarding such modification, cancellation, extension and/or discontinuation shall however be subsequently notified on Website.

12. Employees of M/s Yahoo Web Services India Private Limited and/or their associate, subsidiary or joint venture companies and their respective immediate family members shall not be eligible to participate in Contest.

13. Any disputes arising from or in relation to Contest shall be subject exclusively to Mumbai jurisdiction.

14. Participation in this Contest implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Contest.

15. All rights to cancel the contest whenever, are reserved with Yahoo! & Wonder leisure & Entertainment.
